The estimated requirement is for 35 units, and performance of services will be at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. Interested parties must be capable of new manufacture, including labor, materials, inspection, testing, packaging, and shipping, and may also handle supply chain management and nonrecurring engineering costs.
