The Air Force is conducting market research via a Sources Sought notice to identify potential sources for the spares procurement of an Axial Piston Pump (NSN 4320-01-564-1570HS, P/N 51197) for the B-52 platform. The estimated spares requirement is 33 units, and the place of performance is Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. Interested sources must register as interested vendors, as no solicitation is currently available and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The government is seeking input from all business types, including small and disadvantaged businesses, and may consider breaking the requirement out by airframe. Potential sources must be capable of new manufacture, including component parts, inspection, testing, packaging, and shipping, and may also handle supply chain management and nonrecurring engineering costs.
