The Air Force Sustainment Center at Tinker AFB is contemplating a firm-fixed-price, 3-year basic contract for remanufacture of the E-3 Electro-Mechanical Actuator, with the contractor providing all labor, facilities, equipment, and materials to meet the Statement of Work. This is a pre-solicitation notice; proposals will not be accepted until the solicitation is posted, and the action is intended to be noncompetitive/sole-source to Eaton Industrial Corporation. Qualification requirements apply, so vendors not previously qualified must submit a Source Approval Request package. The requirement covers NSN 4810-01-455-6850FW, PN 86090/61788-1, plus beyond economic repair, over and above, and data items, with delivery of 2 each every 60 days after receipt of order and ship-to SW3211.
