The U.S. Air Force, through AFSC at Tinker AFB 73145, is contemplating remanufacture of the B-52 Ballscrew Assembly. The contractor would provide all labor, facilities, equipment, and materials to accomplish the remanufacture. Work includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, reassembly, testing, and finishing to return the item to like-new condition. A firm-fixed-price, requirements-type contract is contemplated with a 5-year term consisting of a 3-year basic period and one 2-year option.
