The U.S. Air Force, through the Air Force Sustainment Center at Tinker AFB (73145), is contemplating awarding a sole-source contract to Hamilton Sundstrand Corp. for the B-2 Heat Exchanger. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, facilities, equipment, and materials needed to manufacture and supply the item. The effort includes all assembly, testing, inspection, and finishing actions required to deliver the items in accordance with the contract requirements and associated attachments.
