Remanufacture of B-1B Heat Exchangers
The Air Force Sustainment Center at Tinker AFB is contemplating a remanufacture requirement for B-1B Heat Exchangers, including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, reassembly, testing, and finishing to return the items to like-new condition. The contemplated contract is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) vehicle with a 5-year ordering period. This is a sole-source requirement to Triumph Thermal Systems, Inc.; qualification requirements apply, and vendors not previously qualified must submit a Source Approval Request package to the Source Development, Small Business Office. Delivery is 35 units every 30 days after receipt, with early delivery acceptable, and the ship-to/performance location is DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma at Tinker AFB, OK 73145. Technical data requests during the pre-solicitation phase must be emailed to the Public Sales Office on company letterhead with the specific data needed and a current approved DD Form 2345, subject to applicable data rights.
