This is a Sources Sought notice for market research to identify potential sources for the new manufacture of a Directional Sleeve spares procurement supporting the KC-135 platform, with an estimated spares requirement of 70 units (range 18–105). The effort is a new spares buy with no repair requirement, and interested parties must be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment for manufacturing, inspection, testing, packaging, and shipping. Potential sources may also handle supply chain management, logistics planning, and nonrecurring engineering costs associated with becoming an approved source. The Government is seeking interest from all business types, including small, 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, and women-owned businesses, to determine if the effort can be competitive or set aside for small business. Performance of services would be at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma.
