The US Air Forces’ intends to award a Sole Source contract to Pacific Electronics Enterprises Inc. with a Cage Code of 32324 pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and 10 USC2304(d)(1)(i)(ii), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The contract will be for the repair of T-38 Control Assembly. The current acquisition strategy is to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract with a basic year and nine 1-year options.
