The U.S. Air Force is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Synopsis to identify potential sources for spares procurement of an F-16 receptacle assembly (NSN 1680-01-057-3391 RK, P/N 16VP003-3), with an estimated quantity of 15. The place of performance is Tinker AFB, OK 73145. Potential sources must be capable of new manufacture, including labor, materials, facilities, equipment, component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping, and may also be responsible for supply chain management, logistics planning, forecasting, long-lead procurement, diminishing manufacturing sources, and shipping serviceable assets. Unit prices would be established at contract award, and sources may bear nonrecurring engineering costs to become an approved source. The government is interested in all business types, including large and small businesses, and no solicitation is available at this time.
