A firm fixed price type contract is contemplated. The requirements set forth in this notice are defined per Purchase Request FD20302200283 as follows: Written response is required. CLIN 0001: Remanufacture of Solenoid Valve, 3 Year IDIQ; NSN: 4810-01-464-1672 P/N 04-1001-25; Min=10 Max=25. CLIN 0002: Over and Above – To Be Negotiated (TBN). CLIN 0003: Data - Not Separately Priced (NSP). Function: Shutoff valve, when energized the solenoid blocks the ambient vent and opens the air passage to pressurize the chamber. Dimensions: 5.6900’ h x 4.5700’ w x 3.9900’ l and weighs 1.200lbs. Material: Aluminum casting. Delivery: 2 each 30 days after receipt of order (ARO) and reparable units. Early delivery is acceptable. Ship To: SW3211. Duration of Contract Period: 3 Year IDIQ Qualification Requirements: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS APPLY. Part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from approve sources.
