NO PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL IS POSTED. The United States Air Force through the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) at the Oklahoma City Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is contemplating procuring manufacturing or commercial use and overhaul sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification to provide newly manufactured or commercially overhauled F108 Engine Mod 14 Containers. Commercially overhauled means the restoration of the full potential of the equipment in compliance with mandatory OEM documentation, using commercially available off-the-shelf items. The Government plans to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed-Quantity Type Contract. This requirement is anticipated to be full & open competition. See attachment for more details.
