Access to the Technical Data Package and supporting documents requires the requester to be listed on a DD2345 in the Joint Certification Program (JCP). Offerors must meet specified qualification requirements, and awards will not be delayed for vendors to demonstrate compliance; only fully qualified offerors are eligible for contract award.
