NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rathera Pre-Solicitation Synopsis in support of the CAD/PAD program office. The estimated award date is approximately July 2026. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small busi-nesses. This will be Sole Source to Rockwell Collins; CAGE Code: 13499. The proposed solicitation is anticipated to be made available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) , on approximately January 07, 2026. It is suggested thatsmall business firms or others interested insubcontracting opportunities in connectionwith the described procurement contactthe firms listed. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, orquotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Qualification package required for those contractors who are not already qualified (See FAR 52.209-1).
