Action Type: Supply Delivery Schedule: 638 Days ARO Anticipated Award: FY 2024 The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) sole source solicitation/contract under the existing DLA Aviation Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) SPE4A1-19-G-0012 to Meggitt Aircraft Braking System (Cage Code 0B9R9). BOA procedures in accordance with Meggitt BOA and FAR 16.7 will be utilized. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency prior to the expiration date of this notice.
