The 409th Regional Contracting Office - Benelux anticipates a requirement for translation/administrative services (French-English). It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be released on or about April 24, 2020 with an anticipated award date on or about May 4, 2020. Services rendered under a non-personal contract will provide French language support and administrative assistance to U.S. Service Members and Families during in/out-processing and throughout the duration of their assignment to Rapid Reaction Corps-Fance in order to enable and maintain integration into the greater Lille community and respond to emergent issues. Additionally, services rendered under this contract will provide regular and routine administrative assistance in order to ensure the smooth functioning and regulatory compliance of the U.S. contingent and U.S. National Support Element (NSE) of the RRC-FR. Only contractors who are registered and have an active account in the System for Award Management (SAM ) may be awarded a contract as a result of the solicitation. The performance of this requirement is OCONUS and FAR Part 19 does not apply therefore, this requirementwill not be set aside for Small Business .
