The 409th CSB Regional Contracting Office – Benelux anticipates a requirement for the relocation of MWR gym and fitness equipment from Borgerweg 10, USAG Benelux-Schinnen, in the Netherlands to Tuzo Stras 1, USAG Benelux-Dülmen, in Germany. The relocation will be executed expediently in order to minimize disruption of unit/garrisons operations. The vendor shall provide the full range of services necessary to satisfy the Government's MWR gym and fitness equipment relocation requirements. The vendor shall furnish all personnel, vehicles, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, for the preparation and movement of Government-owned gym and fitness equipment. The Government is seeking services that industry normally provides to commercial customers. Anticipated release date for the Solicitation is 20 May 2020. Anticipated completion date is 30 June 2020.
