The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Chargepoint Network Maintenance, Charging Station Maintenance and Cloud Service with option to purchase Chargepoint charging stations in the future. Fort Benning has seventeen (17) existing Chargepoint charging stations and will need a renewal of current Chargepoint network maintenance licenses. Renew 5 year Chargepoint Assurance plans for all seventeen Fort Benning Chargepoint electric vehicle charging stations. Require renewal of current 1 year ChargePoint Commercial Network Maintenance licenses for all 17 stations to include: 24/7/365 network operation and driver support, station manager login, pricing control, reservation control, station API use, billing API use, reservation API use for the base and four (4) option years. Require 5 year Chargepoint Assurance Plan for all seventeen Chargepoint Vehicle Charging Stations. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12 month option years. Fort Benning's current charging stations are Chargepoint, so cloud service and maintence plans need to be compatable with the current stations. Submit all questions by February 14, 2022.
