The offeror will p... The United States Military Training Mission has an open requirement for Forign National Life Insurance. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery Contract for 5 years. The offeror will provide all services as outlined in Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement. Please see the attached solictation for all required documents (FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2). Pricing will be provided on that attachment. All questions will be due by 16 March 2023 to Mr. Jash Ancheta (jash_mikyle.ancheta@us.af.mil). The final submission date for this solicitation will be No Later Than 03:30 PM 25 March 2023. Any submission after this deadline will not be considered for award. AMENDMENT 1: Please see amendment 1 for the employee list. Only information provided on the employee list will be gender and number of dependants. This list will be based on the seed project for 12 family plans and 9 single plans. AMENDMENT 2: Please see Amendment 2 for the above-mentioned solicitation. The employee list has been updated to include the date of birth and nationality of the personnel. The seed project for this requirement will set the standard for the pricing of each respective plan. There will be future policies that will be issued under this contract based on this initial pricing provided. The seed project will be for the OPM-SANG organization with a follow up order in April for USMTM. AMENDMENT 3: The due date for this solicitation has been extended to 29 March 2023 to accomodate for the Ramadan Holy Month.
