The Naval Medical Research Unit No. 6 is looking for a Contract to perform preventive and corrective maintenance service to two UPS, one of 160kVA w/ 3 phases, Chloride brand and another of 20kVA w/ 3 phases, 9355 Eaton brand, located at NAMRU Facilities Lima - PERU. The period of performance is from September 03, 2021 to September 02, 2022. - One preventive maintenance service every 04 months to two UPS (03 services a year to each equipment). - Labor hand of the corrective maintenance. - Unlimited emergency call attention. - 01 Backup UPS, in case of emergency for each UPS. - Trained Personnel. - Telephone and technical support 7x24x365 during the contract period. - On-site service within the 4 hours of the reported incident. - If case of need an UPS of backup will be provided capable to back up the electrical load in a time no longer than 48 hours. - SCTR (work insurance) updated. Do not include: - Spare parts, electronic cards, components, etc. - Batteries. If necessary, they will be quoted in an independent proposal for approval.
