IMPROVEMENTS (UPGRADE) TO ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM AT IQUITOS NAMRU-6, FACILITIES. 1.- WORK DESCRIPTION At our site in Iquitos, our access control system, LENEL brand is connected to the communications system rack so we need to make it independent, for which the following equipment are required: Provide the following equipment (include installation service in Iquitos): • Main Server, Configuration # 5D - Dell Power Edge R440 Server PC (2U Rackmount). • SWITCH POE 24 ports The aforementioned equipment will be installed in an existing partially empty rack in the main communications room located next to the communications rack. All existing connections (UTP cabling) of the access control system that are connected to the communications rack must be disconnected and reconnected in new equipment. In addition, the contractor must provide the necessary cabling to link the new server and switch. Additionally, the contractor must provide, install and configure a client PC and monitor with the following characteristics: • Computer PC Client: Configuration # 7E High performance Video Client PC: Dell 7060 Mid-Tower, Intel @. • Full HD 21.5 ”Led Monitor: HP 21.5 INCH LED; VGA; HDM1; BNC; AUDIO; FULL HD; 1920 X 1080. This PC Client will be located in an office on the second floor of the NAMRU-6 administrative building. The contractor must provide and install the necessary cabling between the server, switch and the client PC, considering that it is approximately 90 meters away from the main communications room. Consider category 6 UTP cabling for this purpose. The tubing or pipes between the communications room and the final location of the client PC is already done so the tubing in this quote should not be considered. The current licenses of the LENEL system for site at Iquitos are obsolete, therefore, they must also be updated based on the following: Support Plan Licenses Period Nov 2017 - Nov 2021 • Software Upgrade and Support Plan (SUSP-W-ES). QUANTITY: 4 Lenel - Covers 32ES; 32ESI; & IDES System; and Regional SM Serers. • DV Channel SUSP PLAN (SUSP-DV). Quantity: 14 LENEL - DV Channel SUSP PLAN: SW support for each single video licenses Includes LNVR / LDVR / HVR / IVSP-SC channels, Integrated SkyPoint Licenses, Integrated GO channels, Integrated goVision channels, Integrated TruVision channels, OAAP channels. The quote must include the services of Integration and configuration of the equipment offered. 2.- SAFETY REQUIREMENT. • The contractor must use the necessary and appropriate equipment to delimit the work area and not allow pedestrian traffic, use yellow tape, etc. • Contractor personnel must use the respective and appropriate PPE - Personal Protective Equipment according to the work to performed (harness, gloves, glasses, etc.). • Respect the internal regulations of the company and maintain a decent appearance and be respectful. 3.- SPECIAL CONDITIONS. • Payment is made 30 business days after completion of work. • Direct proposal on behalf of: Embassy of the United States America (NAMRU-6) Attention Purchasing Department. • The work will be performed from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, and Saturdays prior coordination with the Namru-6 staff. • The contractor must send 24 hours in advance the list of personnel who will enter to work and update SCTR. • It will be the Contractor's responsibility to carry and dispose of the waste and / or replaced material from our facilities.
