The government seeks a firm-fixed-price, supply-only Magnetic Wet Bench System under a 100% small business set-aside, for delivery to NDI Lab, Building 180, Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL 33033-1299. The offered system must be Magnaflux D-2060 or equal and meet specs including at least 6,000 A FWDC and AC magnetizing current, 460 V/60 Hz/3-phase operation, clamping up to at least 102 inches, a 20-inch moving coil, PLC touchscreen controls, integrated demagnetization, external pump/liquid agitation, at least a 20-gallon bath tank, UV-A inspection lighting, start-up kit, heavy-duty crating, and a 3-year parts-and-labor warranty with Nadcap/ASTM E1444 compliance. Delivery is estimated within 10–12 weeks ARO, with FOB Destination shipping and all crating/packaging costs included in the quoted price. Offerors must be authorized Magnaflux distributors/resellers and submit a signed SF 1449, technical documentation showing compliance, and required representations/certifications. Award will be made to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest Total Evaluated Price.
