The CO has determined that either mailed hard copies or electronic communication is appropriate. Email may be used to transfer information between the Government and the Offerors, only if the email can be sent encrypted and includes "Source Selection Information - See FAR 2.101 & 3.104" in the Subject line. Mailed documents shall be marked "For Official Use Only" and "Source Selection Information (See FAR 2.101 and FAR 3.104")," addressed to the CO as shown below: Air Force Research Laboratory, AFRL/RVKVI Attn: Ambros Montoya TO BE OPENED BY ADDRESSEE ONLY 3550 Aberdeen Ave SE Kirtland AFB, NM 87117-5776 Or, if hand carrying source selection information, the Offeror will need to coordinate in advance the date and time with the Contracting Officer.
