This is a sources sought notice for market research, not a solicitation, to identify businesses capable of performing Physical Access Control System (PACS) troubleshooting, repair, installation, and integration services. Services would be performed on-site at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, supporting the AFRL Space Warfare and Information & Spectrum Warfare Directorates. The anticipated acquisition is a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement with a period of performance from 2026 to 2031, using streamlined FAR Part 13 and 12 procedures. Interested parties are asked to submit company and capability information, including past experience and an order-of-magnitude estimate, and must be registered in SAM.
