This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The Government has a requirement for additional work under an existing sole-source contract, FA9451-16-F-0042, with Aegis Technologies Group, Inc. Space Control Research Assessments (SCRA) effort covering non-personal services to include Research and Development (R&D), engineering, experiment, and space control research assessment and analysis activities for the Satellite Assessment Center (SatAC), Space Electro-Optics Division (AFRL/RDST). Current example of past efforts include, but are not limited to, ongoing studies to quantify safe operating conditions (sure-safe thresholds and/or predictive avoidance (PA) criteria) for lasers operating through the atmosphere and space and survivability requirements for space systems. Under the aforementioned contract, the remaining seven (7) months for Option period three (3) is anticipated to be increased by $3 million dollars, and Option period four (4) is anticipated to be increased by $4 million dollars to support the required additional work.
