The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center intends a sole-source contract to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. for a one-time buy of PCM330E programmable PCM encoders (part LCP-755-005396-023) for the B61-12 Tail Kit Assembly Telemetry Instrumentation Kit. The encoder must be the exact, COMSEC-controlled, B61-12-qualified configuration and fit the existing TKA TIK volume and interfaces without modification. Other sources would require non-recurring engineering and qualification testing, which the agency considers impractical due to tight testing timelines. Interested responsible sources may submit an unclassified capability statement of no more than three pages in Word or PDF for consideration. Award is subject to approval of a sole-source justification, and absent affirmative responses the agency will proceed with L3Harris.
