This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). QUESTIONS 1. Are the Quantities known ahead of time? The quantites are not known ahead of time. As this is an agreement with the Government, the work will be sporadic and the quantities will be in flux. 2. If the quantities are not known, can I create the pricing list based on an hourly rate? since the quantities are in flux, it may be hard to build the prcining sheet. It is acceptable to quote hourly rates instead of fixed hosts. 3. Is this requirement strictly a local set-aside? FBO.gov does not allow us to approrpiately list the set-aside for this requirement. As such, this requirement is a Local Small Business Set-Aside as outlined in the Combo Document.
