Equipment Price List has been removed. Description of Service: ICC AV System Maintenance for Kirtland AFB, NM Place of Performance: Kirtland AFB Description: 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Parts 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items” and 13 “Simplified Acquisition Procedures” (SAP). 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06. 4. Services shall be provided IAW the attached Performance Work Statement. 5. Offerors shall submit all questions relating to the solicitation to both POCs listed below. The questions shall be submitted only on the Attach 5, Q&A Spreadsheet. Questions about this RFQ shall be submitted NLT 21 July. 6. All emails in response to this solicitation should contain "RFQ FA9401-21-Q-0003" in the subject line.
