The 377th MSG/PKC is conducting market research on 8(a) contractors that are ICD 705 certified (for example, but not limited to, does the contractor currently employ individuals that have taken ICD 705 construction training or personnel that possess ICD 705 certifications) and have prior experience with SCIF construction. If your company meets these criteria please send a capabilities statement to the Contracting Officer that contains the following: 8(a) status, ICD 705 certification status, list of SCIF projects accomplished in the last 5 years, bonding capacity, and in-house design capabilities.
