Design and construction of a new 7,900-foot high-pressure waterline with appurtenant and control systems on the southeast side of Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB), replacing infrastructure from Pump Station 2 to the SOR and HERTF reservoirs. The project includes ductile iron pipe, SCADA upgrades, a portable hoist, a 15,000-gallon tank with booster pumps, and a 5,000-gallon tank and pre-packaged pump station at the SOR site. A site visit is scheduled for 03 September 2026 at 1300 MST, with attendees meeting at the Truman Gate Visitors Center at 1200 MST. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal for consideration.
