The contractor will provide engineering, acquisition, and sustainment services to develop, maintain, and sustain modern hardware and software solutions for USAF aircraft flight recorder download and data decompression/transcription. This includes developing download capabilities for both full-up flight recorders and bench-level extracted Circuit Card Assemblies across diverse solid-state recorder architectures. Developed software and hardware interfaces must run on modern computing platforms and operating systems such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Microsoft Windows. Output file formats must be fully compatible with OEM data decompression and transcription software tools.
