Kirtland AFB Contracting division is looking to fulfill its current need of a commercial GPS spectrum and interference monitoring system that provides situational awareness (SA) and interference detection/location capability to support multiple Position Navigation and Timing (PNT) Operational Field Assessments (POFAs) executed every year. We are looking for the contractor to deliver at least one system that can provide monitoring of the GPS frequencies for SA purposes for the POFAs. Please see attached RFQ for specifications.
