The reason for the update is to clarify that the conduit and cabling from outside is to enter building 917 within the existing communications room. The new equipment cabinet and cabling is to also be located within the communications room as well. The floorplan at the end of the SOW was in conflict with the Technical Requirements section which called for the communications room location and was replaced with the updated floorplan to reflect the proper location of equipment and outside infrastructure. Also updating Kirtland AFB Comm Division Specs to provide the most current version dated 15 May 2025, and providing responses to questions received after Site Visit held 5 August 2025 at 1000.
