The purpose of this requirement is to design and construct a new storage trailer pad, providing a staging area for the transportation of munitions as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment 1.Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.This solicitation will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. Your attention is directed to Section L and M for site visit information, bid preparation instructions, and evaluation criteria for award. Offerors are responsible for submitting bids designated in the solicitation no-later-than the date/time specified. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The first of two amendments (Amendment 1) was released 6 August 2024. The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Questions and Answers from the site visit and extend the bid due date and bid opening. The second of two amendments (Amendment 2) was released 20 August 2024. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid due date, bid opening date, and update the bid opening location.
