The purpose of Amendment 1 is to incorporate offeror consolidate question(s) and Government answer(s) (Attachment 20. QA), and add information for a second site visit in Section L, paragraph 2.1.The second of two amendments (Amendment 2) was released 12 August 2024. The purpose of Amendment 2 is to update the bid opening location to the CEI Conference Room at 377 MSG/CE, 2050 Wyoming Blvd SE, Building 20685, Kirtland AFB, NM 87117. The third of three amendments (Amendment 3) was released 14 August 2024. The purpose of Amendment 3 is to extend the bid due date, bid opening date, and update the bid opening location. Please see Section L of the SF30 for further details. Please ensure bids acknowledge all three (3) amendments on the SF1442 box 19. The purpose of this Design Build effort is to renovate the existing mens and womens restrooms at Kirtland Air Force Base Bldg. 20204. The renovation shall expand restroom capacity, enhancing the facilities, and improve the overall functionality of the existing restrooms. Design includes, but is not limited to providing the services of all the licensed design professionals in the disciplines required to produce the drawings, specifications, design analysis, estimate and schedule which shall describe the project in strict accordance with the requirements outlined in Section 3 of the Statement of Work. Construction includes, but is not limited to, the following conducting field verification, provide all licenses, permits, labor, tools, equipment, means and methods required to design and construct the project in strict accordance with the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
