The 377 MSG/PKB at Kirtland Air Force Base seeks sources to provide an Optical Table Transport System. The transport system must be able to move an optical table that measures up to a maximum of 6 feet wide by 16 feet long with a maximum thickness of 24 inches with a maximum weight of 7,000 lbs. Transport system must consist of two holding brackets on wheels to hold and move the table. Additionally, the optical table transport system must have the capability to rotate the stated optical table 90 degrees vertically allowing for the table to be moved and stored in close fitting spaces, such as a standard 36 inch doorway. The system must easily stores in a 36 inch by 48 inch area. The transport system must be able to ensconce the optical table with the two holding brackets on four legs (two legs per holding brackets), thus, avoiding the utilization of additional moving equipment. Also, the system must include a manual hoist system (manual crank) to lift the table while enclosed with in the two holding brackets.
