This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued FA940120Q0009 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07/08-31-2020. This is small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code 339920- Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing and small business size standard 750 employees. See attached Solicitation for a list of line items, quantities, units of measure, and options; dates, and places of delivery and acceptance; applicable provisions and clauses. See attached specifications for a description of requirements for items to be delivered. Please note that quotes shall be submitted as FOB Destination. FAR Provision 52.204-24 (August 2020) must be completed and submitted with the quote. If FAR provision 52.212-3 is not completed in System for Award Management, a completed copy shall be submitted with the quote.
