This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this RFI is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the requirement, Blast Containment Management System (BCMS), for services to be performed at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed is 811210. The size standard for NAICS is $34M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J059. The requirement is to maintain, sustain, and upgrade (as required) the Kirtland Underground Munitions Maintenance and Storage Complex (KUMMSC) Blast Containment Management System (BCMS) as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The service shall include, but not limited to, the following: conducting field verifications, providing all labor, tools, equipment, permits, and licenses required to upgrade the existing BCMS system. Personnel shall have knowledge of Allen Bradley control systems, SCADA system software, building control systems that consist of AHU’s, MAH’s and VFD’s. The Draft Performance Work Statement is attached for further information on this acquisition. The place of performance will be at Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB), New Mexico. The Government is requesting industry input/feedback on the Draft PWS for this requirement and the associated attachment with questions to help assist with the development/refinement of this requirement.
