The contractor must furnish 24 each (44 Pax) buses on specific dates and ensure passenger safety by maintaining properly maintained buses and qualified drivers.If 24 each 44 passenger shuttle buses cannot be provided, the contractor will provide a suitable and equivalent replacement for a minimum total of 1,056 passenger seats. For example, 48 each 22 passenger vehicles, or 96 each 11 passenger vehicles. Operational requirements include ensuring buses are in place at the base gate by a specific time, providing continuous service during the Open House event, and having all necessary documentation. This project requires strict adherence to New Mexico Department of Transportation standards and coordination with base personnel for logistics.
