The Air Force has a requirement for the rental of Magnetometers (walk-through weapons detection systems) located on the Kirtland Air Force Base flight line for the 2025 air show. The Magnetometers must be able to differentiate common metallic items (keys, phones, etc.) from weapons, minimizing false alarms. The contractor must furnish 3 dual lanes and 1 single lane totaling 7 lanes with the capability of processing 14,000 people an hour. The contractor must set up the equipment, train Air Force Members on equipment operation, and tear down the equipment.
