Obtain a fully functioning Smart Parcel System to service the needs of 505 dormitory residents. At a minimum the following carriers will need seamless access to deliver parcels and retrieve unclaimed parcels after a prescribed time. United Parcel Service, FedEx, FedEx Express, Amazon, DHL Group and United States Postal Service. Ability for Dormitory Staff to register and unregister residents as necessary, and to pull reports regarding occupied locker times, and the persons pending pick-ups (to prevent stagnant packages taking up future space). In addition to the above, a maintenance contract with direct reach back support shall be in place to mitigate outages within the system or faulty hardware/software. Lastly, delivery and installation will be required by the vendor along with on-site training provided to the Unaccompanied Housing Staff members of the full system being installed; to include software functionality, resident registration, and deregistration, pulling applicable reports and system language/nomenclature.
