This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Performance Work Statement, and Wage Determination for detailed requirement information and instructions for responding to this Request for Quotation. The following Solicitation Amendments have been issued: Amendment 1 (26 Apr 22): RFQ deadline extended to 04 May 22, pending forthcoming changes to the SOW, which will be added via a second amendment to the solicitation. Amendment 2 (4 May 22): PWS revised to include additional requirement of scrapping aircraft components. Combo solicitation document revised to reflect these changes. RFQ deadline extended to 12 May 22. Vendors that have already submitted quotes should provide the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist with confirmation that they have reviewed and understand the changes and provide any additional information requested.
