Provide Ethernet remote monitoring capabilities. The end goal of this installation is to have back-up battery capabilities in these facilities in the event of electrical power failure. Currently, if this requirement is not met and a electrical failure occurs then a catastrophic communication equipment failure will take place causing total communication mission failure to base entities that these facilities support.
