The Government will not accept proposals as a result of this synopsis. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided in response to this notice. The 377 MSG/PKA intends to issue solicitation FA9401-22-Q-0003 for Commercial Cloud Services in Support of the HQ/AFSEC Air Force Safety Automated System. This effort will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside under the Air Force (AF) Platform One Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The anticipated scope of the procurement is to provide a Commercial Cloud Service Offering (CSO), specifically Infrastructure as a Service, by a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) at Impact Level 4 (IL4), controlled unclassified information (CUI) requiring protection under Executive Order 13556 (November 2010) or other mission critical data, including Export Control, Privacy Information, Protect Health Information (PHI), and others. The CSP will be able to connect to a Cloud Access Point (CAP). A Request for Information (RFI) was sent on 11 January 2022 to all vendors in the pool. Out of nine (9) responses, three were technically capable small businesses, therefore this requirement will be set-aside for small business and a solicitation will be sent out to the three (3) small business vendors that responded to the RFI dated 11 January 2022. The Government anticipates issuing a Firm-Fixed Price solicitation in the 3rd quarter of FY22. The Government anticipates making a single award in the 4th quarter of FY22.
