The Statement of Objectives (SOO) defines the scope for this project as follows: Provide a final Facility Sustainment Restoration Modernization Planning Charrette Report (FSRM PCR) report in accordance with FY22-26 Business Rules, financial documents (DD1391 and DD1391c), Design, Specifications to include front end specs, Design Analysis, and Construction Cost Estimate and a 35% conceptual design to Repair Building and System for B20245 Consolidated Support in support of the Air Force Civil Engineer’s Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) program.
