The 705th CTS requires the removal of an existing environmental monitoring system and installation of a new environmental monitoring system that will: 1) monitor the temperature within various areas of the facility, 2) monitor areas beneath raised computer flooring for the presence of water, and 3) monitor the performance of the boiler. When specifications for temperature, the presence of water, or boiler performance are exceeded, the system will send an email and text message to alert the facility custodian(s) of the problem.
