Kirtland Air Force Base Civil Engineering has a need for Engineering Services, Operations Services, Emergency Management, Installation Management, Preventative and Corrective Maintenance, and Environmental Services for base installation support. The proposal submitted in response to this FOPR must be in compliance with the terms and conditions of the GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) multiple award IDIQ contract, solicitation requirements as stated in the FOPR cover letter and attachments, and the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
