The United States Air Force Test Center (AFTC) proposes to contract Ansys Software Licenses and Engineering Support by consolidating 10+ purchase orders into one (1) consolidated Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 7.107-2 Consolidation and 84 Fed. Reg. 65663 / 13 CFR 125.2, this Consolidation Determination and Finding (D&F) notice is being published in the Government Point of Entry (CPE) and a copy of the determination will be provided when the solicitation is released.
