The Department of War intends to award a sole-source contract to Siemens Industry Inc. for Test Support Equipment Control and Monitoring Systems (TSECMS) services at Edwards Air Force Base. The requirement covers maintenance, support, and upgrades for Siemens proprietary building automation and HVAC control systems, including legacy panel architecture and diagnostic tools restricted to Siemens factory personnel.
