Offerors must be authorized resellers for Lynn and CISCO and must provide pricing for all CLINs, along with required contractor information, technical approach, and applicable provisions. Evaluation will be based on price and technical acceptability, and award will be made to the lowest-price technically acceptable vendor; the government intends to award without negotiations, so initial quotes should contain best terms.
