This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside Request for Quote for the acquisition of F-35 Simulation Hands on Throttle and Stick Systems (HOTAS) at Edwards AFB. The period of performance is 160 days after receipt of order. The government will award using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LTPA) evaluation, requiring vendors to demonstrate the ability to provide the required HOTAS as defined in the attached Statement of Requirements. All quotes must be submitted in writing via email.
